Regular Waiting List
The Regular Waiting List Is for individuals who are not yet ready to move Into Westminster Village, but know that in the future, this is where they’d like to live. The Regular Waiting List requires a completed Application for Residency along with a $1,000 refundable deposit.
Priority Waiting List
The Priority Waiting List Is for individuals who are ready to move into Westminster Village either immediately or in the near future. The Priority Waiting List requires a completed Application for Residency along with a $4,000 refundable deposit.
