Independent Living Apartments

     Independent Apartments provide residents the privacy of their own apartments plus the benefits of security and Westminster Village services. Apartment options range from the efficiency of a studio to the deluxe accommodations of the Deluxe II, a two bedroom unit with over 1200 square feet. All units are neutral in color and sheer curtains are provided. Services provided to residents of Independent Living include:

  • Twice a month housekeeping
 
  • Linens laundered
 
  • One meal a day in the community dining room
 
  • Apartment maintenance
 
  • Van transportation available
 
  • Special activities and programs

    Beyond lifestyle services, residents have access to a 24 hour a day emergency response systems. Residents can also request emergency pendants be installed. Common areas at Westminster Village, include a library, pool table, sundry shop, beauty/barber shop, exercise room, sandwich shoppe and a full service bank on the premises.
