Westminster Village has has several special perks for employees. The Employee of the Month program, gives an employee, who has given extra effort, special recognition with a certificate and $50 gift certificate at one of five stores.

We have an employee appreciation party for employees, both full and part time, who have been at Westminster Village for over five years. Each employee receives the gift of their choice and a great meal. At that dinner, the Employee of the Year for the entire Westminster Village facility, Martin Health Center and Westminster Village are named.

During the summer months, the HR Department of Westminster Village, creates several employee fun activities for employees to take a short break during the day to have a little fun, exercise and small reward for winners.
