Sandwich Shoppe

To offer residents a dining option, Westminster Village opened the Sandwich Shoppe. It will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday for lunch. Sunday hours 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m..

The weekday menu includes a meal deal option of soup, sandwich, drink and choice of a cookie, chips or fruit. Sandwich options include;

bulletMeat choices of ham, turkey, roast beef, chicken breast, bacon, salami, and corn beef
bulletCheese choices of Swiss, American, or cheddar cheese
bulletBread choices of white, rosemary, Panini bread, cold or toasted sub or rye bread
bulletSelection of vegetable toppings and dressing

Soups change daily

bulletTuesday - Chicken Noodle
bulletWednesday - Cream of Potato with Bacon
bulletThursday - Tomato Florentine
bulletFriday - Chicken with wild rice
bulletChili is always a choice

Individual pizzas are also available everyday as well as Sundays. Pizza can even be delivered to the room for a small delivery charge on Sunday.

Other Sunday options include;

bulletItalian beef and Mozzarella cheese on 6" toasted roll with sautéed peppers and onions.

Then for that sweet treat, the Shoppe has ice cream served in a cone or root beer float or order a Sundae with chocolate or strawberries.

Prime Rib Friday

Additional Meal in the Sandwich Shoppe

Every other Friday night, (for Oct. it is 3rd, 17th and 31st) there is a special meal option of Prime Rib with sautéed mushrooms, salad, baked potato with sour cream, roll, beverage and dessert.

Reservations need to be made in advance for the 5:30 p.m. seating, with a limit of 20 per seating.
